This glorious month of October is the same month my mom has turned 90! A few years back, I got us each matching cardigans and took some photos with them (I’ve included one of these previous photos below) and thought this was a good time for a new round (all beautiful Gudrun Sjoden cardi’s of course!) Her youthfulness astounds me, with the energy she still has for her days, her continued zest for colors and beauty and chocolate, and overall vim and vigor. I could only hope we would all feel this good at 90! Happy birthday, Mom!
